Things to Consider When Using for the First Time: When using for the first time, allow the candle to burn evenly to the edge. This will prevent tunneling, extend the candle's burn time, and ensure optimal performance in the future.

Prolonged Burn Warning: Avoid burning your candle for more than 2 hours at a time and do not allow it to burn all the way to the bottom. Prolonged burning can cause problems such as wick problems, excessive soot buildup, and uneven burning. After extinguishing your candle, wait for it to cool, trim the wick, and relight it.

Do Not Leave Unattended: Never leave a burning candle unattended and do not move it while it is burning. Always extinguish it before leaving the room or going to sleep. Place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface and keep it away from wind or flammable materials.

Trim the Wick: Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each use. This will help to maintain a stable flame and prevent smoke. Once the candle has cooled, remove any soot that has accumulated around the wick with a soft, damp cloth. Due to the natural structure of Jesmonite, it may not always be possible to return the container to its original smooth state, however these cleaning steps will preserve the aesthetic appearance of your candle container and ensure it remains reusable.

Keep Away from Pets and Children: Prevent accidents by keeping your candle out of reach of pets and children.

Recycle Your Candle Containers: Before your candle is finished, carefully scrape off any remaining wax residue with a spoon or similar tool. Then, gently clean the container with hot water and soap. To keep your candle in top condition, avoid using direct heat sources (oven, microwave, etc.). After cleaning, recycle your candle containers into pots, pencil holders, or decorative items.

Storage conditions: Store your candle in a cool, dry and dark place.
